Trailside brings local hubs, bookable adventures, shared assets, and reliable rental operations into one network—starting in East Africa and designed for any rentable asset.
One network, several ways in
A traveler sees a simple experience. Behind it, the hub needs accurate assets, staff tasks, memberships, maintenance, payments, and handovers.

Understand the model →The platform loop
Trailside separates what customers see from the asset, availability, authorization, and financial evidence the network needs.
A mobile-first place to discover rentals, guided experiences, hubs, clear USD pricing, and real bookable times.
Bookings, handovers, returns, maintenance, memberships, staff access, and financial context in one workspace.
Ownership, control, custody, location, availability, and sharing remain separate, audited facts for every asset category.
Software subscriptions and Punda Kali leases are distinct commercial products, while hubs can also operate their own fleet.

Our reason for building
Trailside is designed so local hubs remain the operational touchpoint: they shape the experience, care for the assets, employ local knowledge, and build the customer relationship.
Punda Kali is Trailside Group’s flagship eMTB brand inside that network. The platform itself stays brand- and asset-agnostic—from bicycles and paddleboards to cars, equipment, and future shared assets.
Lease globally. Ride locally. Operate clearly.
Conversational booking, grounded in the platform
Trailside remains authoritative for availability, quotes, bookings, hub tasks, assets, and financial status. Hubs may link to their own external contact or booking services without sharing Trailside authority.

Step 1 of 4
The mobile marketplace receives a place, date, party, and quantity.
Illustrative flow. No live availability, price, partner, or customer data is shown. Animation pauses automatically when reduced motion is preferred.
Truth before traction theatre
Trailside never turns prototype data into a customer, impact, or investor claim. Every public fact and target carries its definition and review context.
Core platform capabilities are being implemented and validated; this is not a live-market traction claim.
The intended initial operating region, subject to signed hub agreements and launch readiness.
The schema allocates generic assets and requirements rather than hard-coding bicycle brands or vehicle classes.
