Privacy notice
Status: Public preview · effective 17 July 2026 · requires jurisdiction-specific legal review before production launch
What this site collects
The public marketing pages work without an account. If you submit the contact form, Trailside processes your name, work email, organization and location if supplied, audience type, message, consent evidence, submission time, and delivery identifier.
Why we use it
We use inquiry data to respond, route the conversation, prevent abuse, maintain delivery evidence, and understand legitimate business interest. We do not ask the marketing form to collect booking, payment, identity, health, or confidential diligence data.
Delivery and retention
Lead data is sent to the configured Trailside delivery/CRM provider. If that dependency is unavailable, the form fails visibly and offers direct email instead of pretending delivery succeeded. Production retention periods and processor details must be approved before launch.
Your choices
You may decline optional analytics, use the site without optional tracking, and contact Trailside about access, correction, deletion, objection, or consent withdrawal. Required legal rights depend on the applicable jurisdiction.
Separate product notices
Marketplace bookings, hub accounts, memberships, payments, and operational media require their own context-specific privacy information. This notice does not replace them.
